Hour of Operation

Open time & Pick up window: 8.30 am - 6 pm Mon to Fri, 9 am - 2 pm Sat, Sunday closes.
Drop off window: 8.30 am to 4 pm Mon to Fri, 9 am - 1 pm Sat, Sunday closes.

Customer Service: 8.30 am - 6 pm Mon to Fri, 9am - 2 pm Sat, Sunday off
We close on Sunday. All the messages and requests would be replied on Monday.

Please arrive as early in the day as possible. This gives us more time to spend with your pet so that we can get to know them, and they have plenty of time to settle in before their first night with us.

Please note: our office closes from 12 to 1 pm for lunch daily.
